Proposal Assistance for NASPP Conference Exhibitors

The NASPP is pleased to announce our exciting new Proposal Assistance Program, which will make exhibiting at the Conference even more valuable. All exhibitors at the 18th Annual NASPP Conference will qualify for assistance with their speaking proposals for the 2011 NASPP Conference.

The assistance available to Conference exhibitors includes:

  • Preliminary feedback on proposal topics, including which topics are most likely to be accepted.
  • Tips on how exhibitors can make their proposals more compelling.
  • Advance notice of the proposal submission period.
  • Assistance with identifying issuers and other speakers to participate in proposed panels.

The Proposal Assistance Program will provide exhibitors with the feedback necessary to strengthen their speaking proposals and focus their efforts on topics that are of most interest to the NASPP, giving exhibitors a clear advantage over non-exhibitors in the proposal selection process. In addition, if none of an exhibitor's proposals are accepted, the NASPP will consider the exhibitor's representatives for placement on other panels.

This is a great opportunity for exhibitors that are interested in speaking at the 2011 NASPP Conference. Don't miss out—we are offering this program to all exhibitors for this year only; in future years we expect to limit the program to Conference sponsors.

Sign up for a booth in the NASPP Conference Exhibit Hall today to secure your eligibility for the Proposal Assistance Program. For more information on exhibiting at the NASPP Conference, see the Exhibitor Brochure, email naspp@naspp.com, or call (925) 685-9271.

Note: All speakers have already been confirmed for the 18th Annual NASPP Conference; exhibitors at the 18th Annual NASPP Conference will receive assistance with their speaking proposals for the NASPP Conference that will be held in 2011.
